DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to deliver stocked shop products within:
Belgium & The Netherlands – 1-2 weeks
International – 2-4 weeks
For made-to-order items, we aim to deliver within:
Belgium & The Netherlands – 1-2 weeks
International – 2-4 weeks
Please note that made-to-order items will be dispatched separately and may arrive at different times from stocked shop products. This means that if you order these items alongside other shop products, they won’t all arrive together, and you’ll receive several deliveries.
If the delivery time frame for each item has ended and you’re still waiting for an item, please get in touch and we’ll investigate.

International Shipping
Deliveries to non-EU countries within Europe might experience unforeseen delays as they pass through EU countries. If you placed an order more than 4 weeks ago (for stocked products) and 8 weeks (for made-to-order products) and have not received it, please contact us, and we will follow up with our courier partners.
Customs policies vary widely by country. We advise contacting your local customs office for more information. Cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities, and you may be responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes.
Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to the following countries due to courier restrictions:
Afghanistan
Central African Republic
Iran
Liberia
Mali
North Korea
Russia
Somalia
Sudan
Syria
Yemen
We also cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
DELIVERY COSTS
Belgium: Free for orders under €100; above €100, shipping is based on weight.
European Union and Rest of World: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight due to the quality and weight of some art pieces.
Limited Editions and Unique Art Pieces
Monkey Balling provides packaging materials to ensure your works are fully protected. We also offer rates for a fully insured, door-to-door courier service for shipping within Europe. Currently, we are working to partner with reliable shipping companies for international deliveries.
Belgium - €25 each
European Union – €50 each
Non-EU European countries – €65 each
Rest of the World - not available yet

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATION POLICY
Unique art pieces and limited editions are not eligible for exchange or refund, except if faulty or if we made an error. Each unique art piece is one-of-a-kind, so colors and details may vary.
To cancel an order for unique art pieces or limited editions (excluding clothing), please contact us within 24 hours at hoop@monkeyballing.com .
RETURN & REFUNDS
ELIGIBILITY
Due to the nature of our products, unique art pieces and limited editions are not eligible for exchange or refund. Currently, only clothing items are eligible for full refunds or exchanges. Contact our customer service team within 30 days to return any clothing items. We cannot cover the return shipping costs unless we've made a mistake or the item is faulty. Refunds for delivery charges are not available after 14 working days.
FORCE MAJEURE
Monkey Balling is not liable for any failure to deliver or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
To return clothing items, include the return slip found at the bottom of the delivery note in your parcel and send the items back to:

Once received, we will process your refund, replacement, or exchange as soon as possible. Ensure items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take up to an additional 10 working days to reflect in your account.
