FAQ
We love clarity. We love straight answers.
Here are the most common questions people ask us - simple and honest. We believe in transparency, second chances, and doing things with care - so let’s make this easy and clear from the start.
Frequently asked questions
WHAT RECYCLED MATERIALS ARE USED? WHERE DO THEY COME FROM?
Yes, every piece is handcrafted from carefully sourced recycled stones, ceramics, and other materials. We repurpose materials that would otherwise go to waste, transforming them into unique, sustainable artworks and accessories.
WHAT IF SOMETHING DOESN’T FIT OR BREAKS CAN I RETURN OR REPAIR IT?
Every art piece is one of a kind, made by hand, so we can’t take it back or exchange it. Please double-check the dimensions before ordering to be sure it fits your space.
If something happens to your piece over time, we’ll happily repair it in our studio - we believe in fixing things, not replacing them.
CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN?
Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. Get in touch with us, and we’ll work with you to create a unique piece tailored to your style and space.
HOW LONG DOES A PIECE TAKE TO MAKE? HOW DOES MADE-TO-ORDER WORK?
Good things actually take time. Every piece moves at human pace - not factory pace. Depending on the materials + technique, a piece can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
If something is “Made to Order,” it means it’s created especially for you. Once you place your order, we estimate the time, begin production and you’ll get updates along the way.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PIECE AT HOME? HOW DURABLE IS IT REALLY?
These pieces are meant to live with you - not sit untouched in a museum. They’re solid, sturdy, and designed for real life… but still: handle them with normal respect.
Dust gently with a soft cloth. Keep away from aggressive chemicals. If something happens over the years - we repair, not replace. We believe in extending the life of what exists… not throwing it away.
ARE THESE PIECES ETHICALLY SOURCED & TRACEABLE? HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THE MATERIALS?
We collect pre-loved + leftover materials: marble, ceramics, stone fragments, and forgotten pieces with history. We source intentionally - through local suppliers, reclaimed leftovers, and materials with a past worth carrying forward.
It’s not about “perfect sustainability.” It’s about choosing better, using what already exists, and building something beautiful from what most would ignore.
