RETURNS, rEFUNDS and exchanges

We want you to love what you receive.
If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns with clarity and care.

STANDARD PRODUCTS (non-unique pieces)

You can request a return within 14 days from the day your order arrives — as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and shipped back in its original packaging.

Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer unless otherwise stated on the product page or unless the product arrived damaged / defective.

UNIQUE ART PIECES

Unique, one-of-a-kind artworks are non-returnable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged in transit. In this scenario, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence so we can assess and resolve the situation.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — email us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll repair, replace, or refund depending on the case.

LIFETIME REPAIR (for eligible pieces)

Lifetime Repair Program applies only to unique one-of-a-kind art pieces. Limited editions are not eligible.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Send us a message on our Contact page or email us at hoop@monkeballing.com.

Include the following details to make sure we help you as soon as possible:

  • your order number

  • full name

  • which item you want to return

  • reason

  • photos if damaged

We’ll reply with the return instructions and shipping details.

REFUND TIMING

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Credit will be issued to your original payment method.
