DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery timing depends on where you are and what you order.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events are outside our control — but we’ll always support you if something unexpected happens.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you are outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or clearance fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These additional costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
PACKAGING & PROTECTION
We package every order securely — with special care for unique artworks and limited editions.
Each piece is wrapped and protected using multiple layers and shock-absorbing materials to minimise breakage during transit.
For unique art pieces, additional protection and insurance options may apply depending on destination.
We take this seriously — because the way a piece arrives matters just as much as the way it was made.
DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING

We will guide you through the next steps quickly (repair, replacement, or refund — depending on the piece).
