Returns & Right of Withdrawal
According to EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items, personalised items, or one-of-a-kind handcrafted art pieces. These categories cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for reviewing all dimensions, materials, and product details before placing an order.
For non-customised, non-personalised products (including limited editions and small-batch collections), customers may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging. If the item is no longer available for exchange, a refund will be issued once the return is received and inspected.

Repairs & Warranty
Monkey Balling offers a Lifetime Repair Program for eligible pieces created in the studio. Repairs apply to manufacturing defects or damage occurring over time through normal use. Repairs do not cover misuse, accidents, or damage caused by improper handling.
